Trad Jazz every Sunday afternoon - Mad Ed's Hot Five

There's Trad Jazz here every Sunday at the Blue Bell Inn, Halkyn, with the mellow sounds of Mad Ed's Hot Five who bring a great mix of humour with superb musicianship.

This week they are in full force with double bassist Mad Ed Lloyd-Hughes leading a stunning line-up of (right to left) Roy Django Gregory (Modjango) on guitar & banjo Stan Bananas Williams on trumpet & flugelhorn, Tom the Doc

Rippeth on trombone and now Carol Horle joins us permanently on clarinet. Oh yes, and not to forget Stan who has two trumpets for sale - I think the plan is to make room for the two new custom jobs we've started seeing, more details here.
