    The Crooked Spirits are a duo of local singer songwriters performing here on the 1st Saturday each month.

    The Ranting Dogs - Steve, Dugie, Mark & Michael would like to let you know that they rehearse and play at the Blue Bell Inn every 2nd Tuesday each month (from 9ish after Welsh) playing traditional acoustic folk with a celtic leaning

    Not forgetting the busiest night of the week and our regular Friday night singalong with Roger Hampson at the keys.

    We host FREE led walks organised by Walkabout Flintshire every week:

    • 7pm every Wednesday evening April to Sept, 3 to 4 miles of leisurely walking taking in the sunset.
    • 2pm every Thursday, 3 to 4 miles of leisurely walking.
    • 10:30am every Saturday, two walks, 3 to 4 miles of leisurely walking or 4 to 5 miles of brisk walking
    • 10:30am every 3rd Saturday in the month, 6-7 miles brisk walking





    You'll need appropriate footware and clothing for the weather and to be prepared for a great time, lovely chat and good company, finishing off at the Blue Bell Inn for refreshment and a warm by the fire. We've some good links to walking equipment suppliers here and some others to those that organise walks here. Check out the Weather, Traffic and How to Find Us or Contact/Find Us if you do decide to visit and we'll work out a route from you to us! Please follow the countryside code.

    Precision Tandems, a US based tandem maker, click picture to check out.News for those with a passion for pedal power.  We're happy to host all kinds of events for cyclists from the Blue Bell Inn taking in the stunning 360 degree panoramic views of over 60 miles on a clear day. 

    We can offer various hot/cold drinks & snacks, plastic bottled Welsh water or a free refill from our own filtered and chilled supply, along with the use of the facilities during opening hours.  Let us know if you would like to use us out of hours and we'll try to fix it!
