Our meals are all fresh cooked from locally sourced ingredients. Our meat & vegetables come from local sources and our buffalo, lamb and pork is just a field or two away and of the highest quality.

We quite strongly believe in minimising food miles and we will endevour to source the best quality produce as close as we can. For example, we try and use as much of the seasonal vegetables as we can from our local organic farm at Northop Organics just a mile or two away and our local dairy man Stewart Rogers now supplies our milk.
