Big Carol Night returned for a fifth year and a very big thank you to John Thomas, Revd. Hugh Burgess, Malcolm Jones and Robert Perkins (A Christmas Carol) and of course all of the carolers for making it such a wonderful night with the result that we raised £46.80. Thank you.

We started again this year at 8:30pm on Sunday 22rd December and provide carol sheets for £1 (for Age Concern) to sing in Christmas in true Welsh fashion! Lots of carols were available to sing in English & Welsh with a good time being had by all welcoming in the season and keeping the older folks warm too. We supported the Age Concerns Keep Someone Warm this Winter campaign.

After a round of mince pies, carols were sung by all with each table taking turn to choose from the list. Malcolm soloed with several welsh carols and Hugh, Robert & I sang We Three Kings all ably assisted by the Blue Bell chorus who went on to sing many other carols in Welsh and English.

Image Full of traditional singing (and a little lubrication), we generaly donate at least £1 to Age Concern for the use of our carol sheets which we work though in what ever order takes our fancy. There are lots of carols available in both English and Welsh which we hope you will come and take part in.
