Lots of walking, cycling, riding, etc. Masses of interests from the views, walking, riding, cycling, ornithology, geology, etc. Free guided weekly walks available every Thursday 2pm (2-3 miles), 7pm on Wednesday (2-3 miles) through the summer & every Saturday at 10:30am (2-3 miles) and every 3rd Saturday at 10:30am (6-7miles). We also have free self-guided walks available all year.

Wide sandy beaches are just 10 minutes' drive, and the historic city of Chester's superb shopping and zoo, Snowdonia's vast range of activities and Bala's water sports are easily accessible. Local cycling on waymarked lanes. Superb horse riding & hiking.

From the A55 West towards Conwy. Turn off at junction 32b and then take the next two left turns to the top of the mountain on the B5123.
From the West, take J32 A55 on to the B5123 towards Rhosesmor, Pentre Halkyn & Halkyn and you will find us at the top on the right.

For the angler, there are six stillwater trout or coarse fisheries as well as sea fishing in the River Dee estuary.
