 Facers Northern County at 3.8% is a light, easy to drink 'session beer' with subtle maltyness, a hint of sweetness and a very satisfying citrus/fruit hop aroma and palate.
Malt is 96% ale malt, 4% crystal malt and the generous dose of late-boil hops are Saaz.
Based in Salford, the brewey was founded early 2003 by ex-Boddington brewer Dave Facer. Dave moved house to the North Wales coast in 2005 and the picture in this North Coast pump clip is set looking out to the Dee estuary from Flint Castle.
